Match the original remote’s FCC ID, frequency, transponder, four-button layout and original part number, and have a locksmith or dealer confirm the correct key by VIN before ordering.

Not a substitute for the three-button 8637C253 remote. Not for Outlander Sport, older-generation 2021 Outlander, 2.4L variants or Outlander PHEV. Vehicle year alone is not sufficient; this remote does not add a power liftgate to a vehicle without that feature.
