A: German Audio Tech, LLC. was established in 2010 and has been an active seller on eBay since 2001.

Q: How does German Audio Tech's repair service work?

A: 

1. Click Add to Cart and purchase the repair service.

2. Carefully Remove your unit for your vehicle. If you need specific instructions on how to do this please do not hesitate to contact us.

3. Please take your component securely packaged to FedEx, UPS, DHL, US Post Office, etc. to Mail It In.

Q: Which method should I send my part?
A: If part is small and under 4lbs we recommend using United States Postal Service (USPS). Your local US Post Office has free Priority Mail boxes for your use at a Flat Rate. For larger items, please use UPS or FedEx Ground.

Q: What is the time required for a typical service?
A: From the day we receive your part, depending on the extent of the repair, typical services require 1-3 business days.
Please be advised that some parts sent to us may take longer than normal, due to additional parts that need to be sourced, etc. Some parts come from overseas warehouses. Occasionally, some parts sent to us are outside of the scope of our ability to repair /unrepairable condition. Electronics are a very finicky industry, but we always try our best. We ask for your patience and understanding.

Q: What is your Warranty?
A: Product Orders have a strict 14-day return policy on all orders. Item must be received back, unaltered, in the same condition originally mailed. Glass and any fragile items will not be accepted for return. There is a standard 20% restocking fee and shipping paid by seller is non-refundable.

Repair Services carry our Limited Lifetime Warranty on work performed. Warranty is valid for your ownership of the car and is non-transferable. Warranty is explained more thoroughly on our repair service listings.

Q: How long will it take for me to receive my order?
A: If item is being mailed within the United States, please allow 1-4 business days depending on your region. International orders have delivery times that vary according to courier and customs efficiency. Please use www.17track.net to follow your tracking information online.

Q: Where does my order ship from?
A: All services are performed and shipped locally. Most products are warehoused and shipped from Long Beach, CA USA. Occasionally, certain products are acquired and drop-shipped from 3rd party sources from various locations domestically and internationally.
