Fitment and compatibility

2021–2023 Toyota RAV4 Prime SE / XSE, 2.5L plug-in hybrid.
2023–2024 Toyota bZ4X battery-electric SUV with the matching original remote.

Match the original board, 8990H-30190 reference, FCC ID, frequency, five-button hatch/A/C layout, case shape and blade profile before ordering. Vehicle model or trim alone does not establish key compatibility. For matching factory push-button-start/proximity systems only. Other four-button 3041 remotes and conventional-ignition keys are not interchangeable with this configuration.

Programming and emergency blades

Both remotes require professional programming and blade cutting by a qualified automotive locksmith or dealership. Self-programming is not supported by these replacements. Confirm installer support before purchase. These are unbranded aftermarket remotes, not genuine Toyota-branded keys, and they do not add features absent from the vehicle.
