Match 13591396, HYQ1EA, 433 MHz, five-button pickup-tailgate layout, case shape and emergency-blade profile before ordering. Cab, trim, engine or year alone does not confirm compatibility. For factory push-button-start/proximity systems only; older 2019 HD trucks, 2021–2023 variants and conventional-ignition keys are not confirmed. Other brand or part-number applications are not established solely by a shared FCC family.

Programming and emergency blades

Both remotes require professional programming and blade cutting by a qualified automotive locksmith or dealership. Self-programming is not supported by these replacements. Confirm installer support before purchase. These unbranded aftermarket remotes do not add remote-start, tailgate or other functions absent from the vehicle.
