2014–2015 Subaru Forester SUV, compatible 2.5L gasoline or 2.0L turbocharged configurations with matching factory keyless access and start.
2015 Subaru WRX sedan, 2.0L turbocharged engine, and WRX STI sedan, 2.5L turbocharged engine, where the original key matches these identifiers.

Compatibility depends on the original key system, not trim name alone. Confirm HYQ14ACX, 271451-5290 GNE, frequency, original part reference, four-button functions and emergency-blade profile before ordering. Only for matching push-button-start/proximity-key vehicles. Not for conventional ignition keys, another board version, later smart-key generations or different remote shapes. Other applications are not confirmed here.

Programming and key cutting

Have both remotes programmed and the emergency blades cut by a qualified automotive locksmith or dealership. Self-programming is not supported. Confirm programming support before purchase. The supplied aftermarket remotes do not add functions that the vehicle lacks and are not original Subaru-branded parts.
