Fitment and compatibility

2010–2012 Mazda 3: applicable 2.0L / 2.5L gasoline or 2.3L turbo configurations with the matching proximity system.
2010–2012 Mazda CX-7: 2.3L turbo or 2.5L gasoline, matching proximity system only.
2010–2012 Mazda CX-9: 3.7L V6, matching proximity system only.

Match the original BCY1-67-5RY reference, FCC ID, 315 MHz frequency, three-button layout, case shape and blade profile before ordering. Model year, engine or trim alone does not establish compatibility. Four-button remotes, conventional-ignition keys and other part-number variants are not confirmed.

Programming and emergency blades

Professional programming and cutting of both emergency blades by a qualified automotive locksmith or dealership are required. Confirm installer support before purchase. These are unbranded aftermarket remotes, not genuine Mazda-branded parts; they do not add functions absent from the vehicle.
