Fitment and compatibility
Toyota Sienna 2021–2023 equipped with the matching six-button proximity key, powered sliding doors and power liftgate. Match the original FCC ID, board number, frequency, transponder and all six button functions before ordering. Not for five-button Sienna keys without liftgate control, older HYQ14ADR keys, other Toyota models or another HYQ14FBX configuration.
Package and installation
Includes two remotes and two emergency key inserts. Professional programming and blade cutting are required and are not included. These remotes do not add powered-door or liftgate equipment to vehicles that were not factory-equipped. Aftermarket replacements, not Toyota OEM parts.
