Note: This listing is for a repair service. You must send us your original climate-control module. A replacement module is not included.

This service is limited to the LCD and specified control buttons. It does not automatically repair liquid damage, broken housings, failed circuit boards, illumination faults, communication errors, connector damage or unrelated HVAC-system problems. Contact us before ordering if the module is completely inoperative.

- Purchase the appropriate service option.
- Remove the climate-control module from your vehicle.
3. Complete the customer-information form and describe the symptoms.
4. Pack the module securely and ship it to the repair department.
5. The repaired and tested module will be returned after service is completed.
*** Mailing Instructions will be emailed to you following your purchase. Please take instrument panel securely-packaged to FedEx, UPS, DHL, US Postal Service (USPS), etc. to have it mailed in. Please include a note of symptoms & return mailing address. The plastic front shield is fragile! Please package carefully.
