Restore a worn or cracked key housing with this new blue aftermarket flip-key shell. The three-button case and uncut blade are intended to accept the compatible internal components from your existing key.

Confirm that the original key has the same housing shape, three-button arrangement, blade profile, pivot mechanism and internal mounting points as pictured. Other years, body styles and key designs are not confirmed for this shell.

Installation

Transfer the working electronics, immobilizer transponder and battery from your original key. Handle the transponder carefully; leaving it behind can prevent the vehicle from starting. A qualified locksmith should cut the supplied blade and assess component fit. Reusing the original working electronics does not by itself create a new programmed remote.
