Replacement four-button folding-key housing for a matching Ford F-150 conventional ignition key. Reuse the original compatible electronics while replacing a worn or damaged case.

Fitment and compatibility

2015–2018 Ford F-150 with the matching four-button flip key, not a push-button-start smart fob.
Housing references: N5F-A08TDA; IC 3248-A08TDA; 164-R8134. Buttons: lock, unlock, remote start and panic.
Match the original button layout, blade profile, hinge assembly and internal mounting points. Not for three-button versions, sedan trunk-release layouts or non-folding smart-key remotes.
The housing cannot add remote start to a vehicle without matching factory equipment.

Included and installation

One replacement shell with button pad and uncut folding blade. No circuit board, transponder chip or battery is included.
Transfer the original compatible electronics and any separate immobilizer chip. A qualified locksmith must cut the new blade and may need to assemble the folding mechanism.
Retaining original electronics normally avoids programming. The case cannot repair failed electronics.
