2013–2017 Ford Fusion with the matching four-button flip key.
Housing references: N5F-A08TAA, 164-R7986 and Strattec 5924003. Buttons: lock, unlock, trunk release and panic.
Compare the original blade profile, hinge, button layout and internal board mounts. Not for remote-start-button F-150 cases, three-button versions or push-button-start smart fobs.

No remote circuit boards, transponder chips or batteries are included.
Transfer compatible original electronics and any separate immobilizer chip. Professional blade cutting and hinge assembly may be required.
