Match the original 69515-30380-style emergency insert against the photographs before purchase. Vehicle year or FCC family alone does not establish mechanical-blade fitment; some vehicles use different key or card-key inserts. These are aftermarket replacements, not genuine Lexus-branded parts.

Blade cutting

Have each blade cut to the vehicle by a qualified automotive locksmith or dealership. An uncut blank will not operate the door lock until correctly cut. Mechanical inserts do not provide smart entry or start authorization by themselves. Remote fobs pictured in compatibility references are not included.
