- For matching HYQ14AAB or HYQ14ACX smart-key housings that accept this exact insert profile and grip.
- Applications with the matching insert include 2011–2015 Lexus CT200h; 2008–2011 GS350, GS450h and GS460; 2010–2012 HS250h; 2007–2012 LS460; and 2008–2015 LX570.
- Compatibility is determined by the mechanical blade profile and grip/latch geometry. Compare your original insert with every view before ordering; the vehicle model or remote FCC ID alone is not sufficient.
- Not interchangeable with a different Lexus insert profile, including later 69515-30380-style blades.
