Brand-new replacement touch screen digitizer for the factory 11.6-inch vertical navigation display installed in selected Toyota Prius Prime models without the JBL premium audio system.

This component replaces the exterior touch-sensitive glass panel when the original screen is cracked, scratched, unresponsive or registering incorrect touch commands. It allows the original navigation and multimedia unit to be repaired without replacing the complete radio assembly.

This is the touchscreen digitizer only. It is not the LCD image display, radio receiver, navigation computer or complete multimedia head unit.

The screen is sometimes advertised as a 12-inch display, but Toyota identifies the original system as an 11.6-inch multimedia display.

This is not a universal-fit touchscreen.

The replacement is intended for non-JBL E7051 and E7057 units. It is not intended for JBL-equipped radios such as:

• E7052 JBL units used in selected 2017–2019 Prius Prime models  
• E7058 JBL units used in selected 2020–2022 Prius Prime models

It is also not intended for:

• Prius Prime models equipped with the smaller 7-inch display  
• Standard Prius units with a different faceplate ID  
• Prius Limited models with JBL premium audio  
• Prius Prime Advanced or Limited models when equipped with a different JBL faceplate  
• Prius, Prius V or Prius C radios with different screen dimensions  
• Aftermarket Android or replacement multimedia systems

JBL and non-JBL complete radios use different audio-system configurations. Although the digitizer may appear similar, purchase should be based on the exact face ID and original screen design.

Image defects require diagnosis of the underlying LCD or electronic components. A digitizer replacement only repairs the touch-sensitive front panel.

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

Installation requires removal and disassembly of the factory multimedia unit. The damaged digitizer must be separated from the display assembly without damaging the LCD, frame, ribbon connections or control electronics.

Professional installation by an automotive-electronics or display-repair technician is strongly recommended.

Test all touch functions before removing protective film or permanently reassembling the radio. Avoid bending the flex cable, applying excessive pressure to the glass or allowing dust between the digitizer and LCD.

Replacing the digitizer does not normally require programming because the original radio electronics remain in the vehicle.

Brand-new aftermarket replacement digitizer. Protective film and installation adhesive may be present as shown in the product photographs. Minor marks on removable protective film are normal and do not indicate damage to the finished glass.
