2016–2019 Toyota Tacoma with the matching GQ4-52T remote-head key.
Also applicable to matching 2013–2018 Toyota RAV4 US-built vehicles, 2015–2019 Highlander LE, 2018–2019 Tundra and 2019 Sequoia SR5 using the same identifiers and blade.

H-chip transponder; seller-specified 314.3 MHz transmitter. Match the original transmitter frequency and H-chip system before purchase.
Three buttons: lock, unlock and red panic. Not a proximity smart key and not for push-button-start vehicles.
Some model years use other keys, including HYQ12BDM or different transponders. Have your locksmith confirm the original FCC ID, frequency, chip and blade profile; vehicle name alone is insufficient.
