Fitment and compatibility
The source lists selected 2003–2011 Element applications, but its OE references require a closer check: Honda's catalog associates 44306-SCV-A91, which replaces A90, with 2007–2010 Element SC configurations. Do not assume that every Element trim or transmission uses this axle.
Confirm the original axle number, drivetrain, transmission, overall/compressed length, spline counts, joint shape and seal surfaces before ordering. For other years or non-SC trims, obtain a matching part-number cross-reference before purchase. Reference numbers are provided for comparison; this is not a genuine Honda or Cardone-branded part.
Installation
Professional installation is recommended. Inspect the axle seal and hub splines, and use the vehicle-specific axle-nut torque and locking procedure. Avoid stretching the CV joints during installation.
