Universal fabrication kit for suitable custom builds with nominal 2.75-inch axle tubes. This is not a model-specific bolt-on conversion.

- Four heavy-duty steel bars with rod ends and urethane bushings
- Nominal bar length 24 inches center-to-center fully adjusted in; 1.25-inch OD and 0.197-inch wall
- Two 2500-size double-bellows air bags with 1/2-inch NPT ports
- Air bags nominal 6-inch diameter, 8-inch extended and 2.75-inch compressed height
- Pictured frame/axle brackets, bag mounts and hardware; reference YWA7U4
Welding, geometry design and professional fabrication are required. Compressor, air controls and plumbing are not included. Air spring rating does not increase vehicle GVWR or axle capacity.
