Replacement transfer case position switch for selected four-wheel-drive applications using part number 5083138AA. This threaded, two-terminal switch provides transfer case position feedback; it is not the dashboard selector or an electric shift motor.

• 2003–2022 Jeep Wrangler with a matching transfer case and switch.
• 2002–2007 Jeep Liberty and 2002–2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee, selected 4WD applications.
• 2002–2003 Dodge Ram 1500, selected 4WD applications.

Fitment depends on the installed transfer case, not model year alone. Match the original part number, two-terminal connector, threaded mounting and plunger before ordering. Not suitable for 2WD vehicles or other switch configurations.
