Fitment and compatibility

- Transmitter reference: HYQ14FBW; 4A-type transponder.

Match the original part number, transmitter reference, three-button layout and emergency blade profile before ordering. Model year alone does not establish compatibility. Have a qualified Toyota automotive locksmith verify the correct key by VIN and confirm support for programming this aftermarket replacement. Do not substitute for a different button configuration or transmitter specification. Compatibility with Prius Prime/plug-in hybrid configurations has not been established for this listing.
Package contents
One smart key with battery and one uncut emergency insert. The blade-detail photograph shows two views of the insert, not two separate blades. This is an aftermarket replacement, not a genuine Toyota-branded key.
Programming and cutting
Professional vehicle-specific smart-key/immobilizer programming and emergency blade cutting are required before use and are not included. The replacement is not ready to operate the vehicle on arrival. Confirm programming arrangements before purchase.
