Fitment and compatibility
Mazda 5, 2012-2015, with the matching driver-door switch configuration. Listed applications use the 2.5L four-cylinder engine and include Sport, Touring, Grand Touring, GS and GT trims where equipped with this switch.
Match the original part number, button layout, mounting tabs and all three rear connector positions before ordering. This switch is for the Mazda 5 minivan, not the CX-5. Transfer the assembly into the original door trim following the vehicle service procedure. Any required window initialization must be performed after installation.
