This is a Repair Service to install a brand new 8-inch LCD display and touch screen assembly in your compatible Chevrolet / GMC MyLink display unit. Restore a clear picture and touch operation when the fault is caused by a damaged LCD or touch screen, without replacing the entire infotainment system.

You must send your original display unit to us for repair. This listing is for parts and installation in your unit. A replacement radio, HMI module or loose replacement part is not included.

Typical Problems That Require Our Service:

• Touch screen does not respond, responds intermittently or has dead areas
• Unwanted selections or “ghost touch” caused by a faulty digitizer
• Cracked, scratched or damaged touch screen glass
• LCD blotches, lines, missing pixels or distorted images caused by a faulty display panel

A brand new LCD and touch screen assembly is installed with every service.

Note: This service replaces the LCD and touch screen assembly only. It does not include repairs to unrelated radio or HMI electronics, software, wiring, buttons, knobs or the housing. If your system has no power, no sound, rebooting, water damage or a blank screen of unknown cause, please contact us before purchasing so we can confirm whether this service is suitable.

How Does This Service Work?

1.. Add to Cart to purchase the $199.95 repair service.

2.. Remove your display unit from the dash. Have a qualified installer remove it if needed. Contact us if you are unsure which assembly to send.

3.. Prepare your unit to Mail In.

Mailing Instructions will be emailed to you following your purchase. Package the unit securely for FedEx, UPS, DHL or USPS. Include your order number, a note describing the symptoms, your contact information and return mailing address. The screen, connectors and mounting tabs are fragile—please package carefully.

4.. We install the new LCD and touch screen assembly and return your original display unit to you.
