Confirm before installation
Application years are a guide for the corresponding engine configuration. Engine family, journal dimensions and bearing grade must also match. OEM bearing references may specify a color-coded grade; STD alone does not establish the correct oil clearance. Have an engine builder measure the crankshaft journals, housing bores, oil clearances and end float before installation. If the crankshaft has been reground, select the required repair size instead. This kit is an aftermarket replacement; crankshaft and connecting rods are not included.
