7-Inch Touch Screen Digitizer Replacement Repair Service for 2017–2018 Mazda 3 – B61A611J0 / Ghost Touch

This is a Repair Service to install a brand new 7-inch touch screen glass digitizer in your compatible 2017–2018 Mazda 3 Mazda Connect monitor. If the display picture is normal but the touch screen is unresponsive, makes unwanted selections or has damaged outer glass, replacing the digitizer can restore touch operation when the fault is in the touch panel.

You must send your original monitor unit to us for repair. This listing includes the replacement touch screen and installation in your unit. A replacement monitor, LCD panel, radio or loose replacement part is not included.

Typical Problems That Require Our Service:

• Touch screen does not respond to touch commands
• Dead areas or intermittent touch response
• Unwanted selections or “ghost touch” caused by a faulty digitizer
• Cracked, scratched or damaged outer touch screen glass

A brand new touch screen glass digitizer is installed with every service. Your original LCD is retained.

Note: This is a digitizer-only service. It does not repair a blank or non-working LCD, dead pixels, LCD ink blotches, image lines, no power, software faults, water damage or unrelated infotainment electronics. Please contact us before purchasing if the picture does not display correctly. Factory restrictions on touchscreen use while the vehicle is moving are not a digitizer fault.

Send photos of your monitor and its part-number label so we can verify the correct panel and connector. This service is not for a different screen size or earlier Mazda 3 display version, and does not add navigation or other infotainment features.

How Does This Service Work?

2.. Remove your monitor unit from the dash. Have a qualified installer remove it if needed. Contact us if you are unsure which assembly to send.

3.. Prepare your unit to Mail In.

Mailing Instructions will be emailed to you following your purchase. Package the unit securely for FedEx, UPS, DHL or USPS. Include your order number, a note describing the symptoms, your contact information and return mailing address. The glass, connectors and mounting tabs are fragile—please package carefully.

4.. We install the new touch screen digitizer and return your original monitor unit to you.
