Replace damaged or cloudy factory headlight housings with this matched left and right LED-style assembly set for the 2019–2021 Lincoln Nautilus with non-adaptive LED headlights. Clear lenses and black housings provide the original-style appearance shown in the photos.

What is included

• One left driver-side headlight assembly.
• One right passenger-side headlight assembly.
• Bulbs, ballasts and electronic control modules are not included. Transfer compatible original components where required.

Fitment and compatibility

For vehicles originally equipped with fixed, non-adaptive LED headlamps. Not for AFS/adaptive road-following or headlight-leveling configurations. These assemblies do not convert a vehicle to a different lighting package.

Reference application: left KA1Z-13008-AY and right KA1Z-13008-AZ. Related source references include left KA1Z-13008-F/M/AG/X and right KA1Z-13008-A/L/AH/W. Reference numbers identify the intended application; this is an aftermarket pair, not an original Ford or Lincoln product.

Before installation

Confirm the VIN, original headlamp number, factory lighting equipment, plugs and module mounting layout against the photographs. Professional installation, transfer of compatible electronics and final headlight aiming are recommended. Coding or calibration may be required according to the vehicle service procedure.
