How to Find Your Becker Radio Serial
Method 1 — Chassis label
Remove the radio using appropriate tools. On the side or back of the unit, find a white sticker with a 4-digit number — this is your serial. It may be labelled Serial No. or simply appear as a numeric code below the model name.
Method 2 — Screen display
Some Becker models (Traffic Pro, Mexico Pro) display a service menu by pressing and holding specific button combinations. Refer to the specific model's service manual for the button sequence to reveal the serial number on-screen.

FAQ
My Becker shows CODE — how do I unlock it?
Enter the 4-digit code using the preset or number buttons on the radio. On most Becker models, buttons correspond directly to digits 0–9. Confirm with OK or the tuning knob depending on your model.
What if my 6-digit Becker code doesn't work?
Verify you are using the 6-digit serial variant, not the 4-digit. Also confirm the serial from the chassis label (not the screen, which may show a different number).
Where is the serial on a Mercedes OEM Becker?
On W211, W220 and W203 models, the radio is behind the centre console. Use a plastic trim tool to remove the surround, then slide out the radio to access the label on the side.
