iCarsoft VOL V2.0 Diagnostic Scanner Tool for Volvo/Saab
Pinpoint faults across engine, transmission, ABS, and airbag systems without dealer-level subscriptions. The iCarsoft VOL V2.0 diagnostic scanner tool reads and clears trouble codes while delivering live PCM data streams with color graphing for rapid troubleshooting on compatible Volvo and Saab models.
Designed for OBDII-16 DLC platforms, this handheld unit covers most 2001 and later petrol European vehicles, most 2004 and later diesel European models, and most 1996 and later US and Asian OBDII-compliant cars. It supports CAN, ISO9141, KWP2000, J1850 VPW, and J1850 PWM protocols natively.
Beyond standard code clearance, the VOL V2.0 executes critical service procedures that generic readers skip. Technicians can perform oil service resets, deactivate or reactivate the electronic parking brake (EPB) during pad replacements, register new batteries to the BMS module, and trigger DPF regeneration to clear blockage warnings. Additional deep-system controls include throttle relearn (ETC), steering angle sensor (SAS) calibration, ABS brake bleeding, injector coding, and battery voltage testing directly through the onboard diagnostic port.
Diagnostics run on a 4.0-inch TFT LCD display (480×320 pixels) housed in a 206×104.1×32.6 mm chassis powered directly by the vehicle’s 9–18V electrical system. Navigation relies on tactile silicone keys paired with an integrated help function that explains parameters and test modes in real time. The unit stores its operating system on an internal TF card, includes a dedicated data cable for software updates, and offers multi-language menus in English, German, Dutch, Spanish, and French.
Capture freeze-frame data, run I/M readiness and EVAP leak tests, and export recorded diagnostics via the built-in print function. Each package ships with the VOL V2.0 main unit, main OBDII cable, update data cable, pre-loaded TF card, and operator guide.
