7-Inch Touch Screen Digitizer Replacement Repair Service for Honda Civic – 60-Pin / Ghost Touch

This is a Repair Service to install a brand new 7-inch touch screen glass digitizer in your compatible Honda Civic factory navigation / radio display. If the picture displays normally but the touch screen is unresponsive, inaccurate or damaged, replacing the digitizer can restore touch operation when the fault is in the touch panel.

You must send your original monitor unit to us for repair. This service includes the replacement touch screen and installation in your unit.

Touch screen does not respond to touch commands
Dead areas or intermittent touch response
Inaccurate selections or unwanted “ghost touch” caused by a faulty digitizer
Cracked, scratched or damaged outer touch screen glass

A brand new touch screen glass digitizer is installed with every service. Your original LCD is retained.

Note: This is a digitizer-only service. It does not repair a blank or non-working LCD, dead pixels, LCD ink blotches, image lines, no power, software faults, water damage or unrelated infotainment electronics. Please contact us before purchasing if the picture does not display correctly. A replacement monitor, radio, LCD panel or loose replacement part is not included.

Vehicle / Unit Compatibility:

2016–2017 Honda Civic with a compatible factory 7-inch display and 60-pin touch panel connection, subject to confirmation of the exact monitor version.

Monitor appearance reference: 39710-TBA-A11. The replacement-panel supplier lists 2016–2017 Civic applications; compatibility with this monitor reference and other versions must be verified from the unit label and touch-panel connector before purchase.

2018 Civic owners: Please contact us for individual compatibility confirmation. Fitment of the supplied replacement panel to 2018 units has not been confirmed. Vehicle year, appearance and screen size alone do not confirm compatibility.

Please send photos of your monitor, its part-number label and the problem so we can confirm the correct panel. This service does not add navigation or other infotainment features.

How Does This Service Work?

2.. Remove your monitor unit from the dash. Have a qualified installer remove it if needed. Contact us if you are unsure which assembly to send.

3.. Prepare your unit to Mail In.

Mailing Instructions will be emailed to you following your purchase. Package the unit securely for FedEx, UPS, DHL or USPS. Include your order number, a note describing the symptoms, your contact information and return mailing address. Please protect the glass, connectors and mounting tabs carefully.

4.. We install the new touch screen digitizer and return your original monitor unit to you.
