Compare the original connector, keying, populated terminals and required pinout with the photographs before ordering. Vehicle model, model year or radio name alone does not establish compatibility.

Part-number identification

The source supplier does not assign a manufacturer part number, and no OEM replacement or supersession number has been verified for this exact harness. Select it by the connector arrangement and confirmed wiring requirements. It is not represented as a genuine VW/Audi part or as a replacement for every similarly shaped adapter.

Installation and limitations

This is a passive wiring adapter. A compatible CD changer or separately purchased interface is required for the intended accessory function. It does not add Bluetooth, USB, smartphone playback or AUX functionality by itself, and it does not convert incompatible radio protocols.

This is not an optical MOST/MMI cable, a Quadlock conversion harness or an 8-pin-to-12-pin CD-changer adapter. Match the connections and pin assignments before plugging it in. Any ring-terminal connection must follow the correct wiring diagram for the radio/interface. Some installations may require radio configuration or changer activation.

Radio, CD changer, electronic interface and installation tools are not included. If you need help checking compatibility, send the radio's exact part number and clear photos of its rear connections.

https://www.germanaudiotech.com/products/20-pin-mini-iso-cd-changer-adapter-harness-for-vw-audi-seat-skoda
